The National Sea Grant College Program is now soliciting proposals for
the following national competitive research programs and graduate fellowships
for FY 2005. Formal announcements of the RFPs have been published in the
Federal Register.

- Aquatic Invasive Species Research and Outreach Program
- Ballast Water Technology Demonstration Program

and Marine Resource Economics
- Sea Grant Industry Fellowship Program
